Windlieb is a family business rooted in the world of offshore sailing. We bring together campaign sponsors, athletes, yacht builders, and construction companies in sailing sports. Like no other, Offshore sailing is connecting people across oceans, continents and cultures in a peaceful, harmonic, and ecologically friendly way. We share our experience in running & maintaining a +40ft racing yacht, maintenance, on-site support, custom solutions, direct access to premium brands and marine suppliers. Our HQ and operations is based in Thessaloniki (Northern Greece) and the Chalkidiki region.

Our passion is the sea
We have a long affection for offshore sailing. From local amateur races, to racing yachts, professional yacht equipment, charter and yacht management up to 45 feet. With that experience still building, we aim to support racing campaigns on all sizes, and levels. We are continously looking for athletes, and sailing teams. Selecting the finest among the humble, we know that talents are often working dayjobs. We met them among fisher men, sail makers, as teachers, or when rebuilding old racers on cheap ship yards for the love of the sea. What differentiates talents from the many mile collectors, and racing maniacs, is the unbendable: "Will to win!"
Seamanship and Seaworthiness
Our beliefs and principles are rooted in the values seamanship handed from one generation to the other. We teach these principles to the next generations out not only out of tradition but for it's value for the safety of life at seas. Maritime tradition goes hand in hand with Seaworthiness, which is nowadays often a forgotten factor in the design, and building of high performance sailing vessel. Our equipment of sailboats, selection of hardware, rigging and minimum standards of quality follows that principle.
