Windlieb Sailing Camps

You want to enjoy sail training on modern equipment under the meditteranean sun? We offer seasonal training camps in Thessaloniki (Greece) and the Chalkidiki region with professional equipment. The content of these camps ranges from beginner, and family camps, to youth training, regatta level or club training. Here is the overview of our sail camp program.

#Winter Camp

Dates: February 8–15, Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Sailing can be pretty extreme, and if you want the full experience we head to Thessaloniki (Greece) in February for winter training. This camp is perfect for both beginners and advanced sailors. But let’s be honest — it’s definitely not for the weak. sailing on TOPAZ, Open BIC or Laser boats.  /What awaits You?

• On-water sailing sessions with a professional instructor
• Strength training sessions designed specifically for sailing
• Daily morning workouts and stretching
• Walks through historical landmarks (these count as cultural)
• And most importantly — an incredibly friendly atmosphere and real, live human connection

#Spring Camp

Dates: May 15th to May 22nd 2027: Location: Chalkidiki Region.

Starting the season on the water? We offer general sail fitness training, and basics for beginner crews, kids and school classes. Flee the European winter and enjoy sailing in beautiful Northern Greece. Location is Thessaloniki (Greece). We sail TOPAZ, Open BIC or Laser boats. /What awaits You?

• Your first nautical mile.
• A camp for those who want to try sailing without experience.
• Enjoy sea, mountains, Chalkidiki and learning for pleasure.

#Summer Camp

Dates: July 13th to 20th July 2027: Location: Chalkidiki region.
Availability: Open

Join us in August on the beaches of Sithonia, Greece. We train with in the beautiful surroundings of Chalkidiki. We sail on beginner sailboats like J24, Soling, and offer race sailing on Melges 24. Enjoy the season in stunning landscape, warm water and favourable sailing conditions. /What awaits You?

#October Camp

End with us the sailing season at stunning locations of Sithonia, Northern Greece. From match-racing, to regatta training the fall provides the most challenging weather conditions, winds +30 knots are not uncommon. This course is training under offshore conditions for beginners and advanced sailors. The course program can include an offshore survival training, testing EPIRB, lifeboats, and resue at open sea. /What awaits You?

Our team works according to RYA standards, and our sailing teams consists of qualified instructors. For school classes and kids we provide pedagogical personal to adjust the learning goals. We sail on Open BIC, TOPAZ. Laser, J24, Soling, and Melges 24.
